The time of 14:00 applies to the Cancellation Policy. Payment Information (Multiple Bookings): For reservations for 5 rooms or more, 25% of the total cost of the booking will be charged by the hotel to the credit card provided as soon as the booking is processed. This amount is non-refundable. The remaining 75% will be charged to your credit card 14 days before your arrival date. Cancellation Policy (Multiple Bookings): For reservations for 5 rooms or more, cancellations must be made at least 28 days before date of arrival. In the event of a no-show or later cancellation in breach of this policy, the hotel will charge an amount equivalent to 100% of the total cost of the booking as cancellation or no-show charge.
