The Laverstock Estate farm partridge with pearl barley, celeriac, smoked bacon and cep mushrooms provides another delicate taste sensation. An iced ginger parfait, green tea jelly, coconut mousse and crystallised ginger makes for a delicious but supremely light dessert. Advance bookings are recommended to avoid disappointment.
