Very bright and comfortable en-suite single room with a 4 foot 6 inch bed, plenty of pillows, furnishings in light ash to include a wardrobe with drawer space, dressing table/desk with further drawer space, plenty of overhead lighting and 2 wall lights above the bed & dressing table. There are also soft furnishings in green and yellow, a luggage rack and 2 electrical outlets. All single rooms are front facing, offering a pleasant view over a not-too-busy street. All front rooms have acoustic windows to keep the noise level to a minimum. All rooms are non-smoking.

The bathrooms have either a bath or shower, a wash basin, toilet, shower/hair gel, tissue box, bath towels, bath mat, face cloths and a shaver point. An Executive twin is spacious enough for either 2 or 3 people, having either two 4-foot 6-inch beds or one 4-foot 6-inch and one 3-foot bed. The facilities are the same as a Standard room, apart from more drawer and wardrobe space and easy chairs. Standard and Executive twins are both front or back facing: front facing rooms overlook a fairly quiet street; back facing rooms overlook a paved garden with shrubs. There are some Executive rooms with a balcony, on the 1st floor only. All rooms are non-smoking.

The Deluxe suite is comprised of a bedroom, bathroom and lounge/kitchenette. Bedrooms have either one double 4 foot 6 inch bed or 2 single beds, plenty of wardrobe and drawer space, a dressing table and hairdryer. Bathrooms have either a bath and shower or just a shower, wash basin and toilet. The lounge has soft furnishings in pastel shades, easy chairs, a sofa and coffee table, a white wood kitchenette with a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. A TV and phone are also in the lounge. The suites are ideal if you are on a long stay or if you have children with you, as they offer more space than a hotel room. Baby cots are available on request. Back-facing suites overlook a small shrubbed garden and front-facing suites overlook a quiet street. First floor suites have a balcony. All suites are non-smoking.
