First night charge applies in case on late cancellation or non-arrival. In order to cancel your booking free of charge please cancel 24 h prior to date of arrival before 2pm. Payment Information (Multiple Bookings): For reservations for 5 rooms or more, 25% of the total cost of the booking will be charged by the hotel to the credit card provided as soon as the booking is processed. This amount is non-refundable. The remaining 75% will be charged to your credit card 14 days before your arrival date. Cancellation Policy (Multiple Bookings): For reservations for 5 rooms or more, cancellations must be made at least 28 days before date of arrival. In the event of a no-show or later cancellation in breach of this policy, the hotel will charge an amount equivalent to 100%

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. Groups: When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge. Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge. Meal Plan: Full English breakfast costs GBP 15.00 per person. Continental breakfast costs GBP 12.50 per person.
