From 19 September 2016 Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London is embarking on a restoration project designed to significantly enhance the facilities of the hotel. The property will remain open throughout the 18-month renovation, which will be undertaken in two phases in order to minimise disruption to our guests. Until summer 2017 the Ballroom Entrance will become the main hotel entrance and a temporary Reception has been created adjacent to this on the Lower Ground floor, while our Lobby undergoes a redesign. Afternoon tea will be served daily in The Loggia, overlooking Hyde Park from 12:00 to 18:00. Restoration works to the Knightsbridge façade will be carried out at the same time. As always, the hotel remains committed to providing guests with exceptional service throughout the period and members of staff will be on hand at all times to offer assistance.
